- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The wait was long but the doctor takes her time and listens. She actually hears what you're saying. I had no problem with any of the staff and all of them were considerate. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Until recently, I had a good opinion of this practice. It has changed because I have come to realize that as a patient, the experience you have can only be considered good if the doctor and the staff work together. Though she seems to give decent advice, it's hard to listen to a person who does not take good care of themselves. Both she and most of her staff are very overweight, and the doctor herself seems to suffer from an untreated case of ADD. Ultimately, this is not why I will no longer bring my family to the practice. Her staff seriously overbooks to the extent that I've had to wait over 30 minutes for the very first appointment of the day. They do not follow up on insurance issues, ultimately costing me over $500 because of lack of follow up on their part. Finally, they seem to only treat the Latino patients with respect (her office manager is Latino). The other frustrating part of being her patient is that instead of calling for test results, she requires setting up an appointment to review the tests........which costs time and money. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Lucietto is extremely dedicated to her patients and staff. She works hard to make the office environment suitable for families. She never cheats her patients out of a visit and makes it a priority to cover all issues in a visit that the patient is concerned with.
